Full DEM (Discrete Element Method) flow simulation available — modeling particle trajectories, impact angles, and wear patterns to optimize chute geometry before fabrication.

Limestone Crusher Discharge to Conveyor
High-impact transfer chute receives crushed limestone (up to 80 mm) from the crusher discharge onto the belt conveyor, with rock box impact zone and AR-lined flow surfaces.
Clinker Cooler Discharge Transfer
Heat-resistant transfer chute handles hot clinker (150-200°C) from the cooler outlet to the clinker transport conveyor with ceramic lining and thermal expansion provisions.
Cement Mill Feed and Product Transfer
Precision-geometry chutes transfer cement from mill discharge to separator circuit conveyors and from separator rejects back to mill feed with minimal dust escape.
