Self-Cleaning Idlers Key Specifications

Roller Diameter

89mm and 108mm rollers with helical rubber cleaning elements designed for continuous fiber and binder residue removal.

Cleaning Element Design

Vulcanized helical rubber wiper blades that actively scrape and shed mineral fiber carryback as the roller rotates.

Rubber Compound

Chemical-resistant rubber compound compatible with phenolic and urea-formaldehyde binders used in insulation manufacturing.

Bearing Type

6204 sealed bearings with triple-lip seals preventing fine glass fiber and mineral dust from reaching bearing races.

Roller Length

Available in 500mm to 1400mm lengths for insulation plant conveyor belt widths from 400mm to 1200mm.
