Splitter Damper for Cement Plants

UGES splitter dampers enable precise airflow distribution between two duct paths in U.S. cement plant process systems. Used in kiln preheater strings, ESP ducting, and raw mill circuits to balance gas flow and temperature. The splitting blade divides airflow proportionally with manual or actuator-driven positioning. Constructed in high-temperature steel for gas temperatures up to 400°C with abrasion-resistant internals.
