Open-end drop-through rotor with 10 blades for high-frequency cycling of fine fly ash and pulverized coal, delivering uniform volumetric discharge with minimal air leakage.

Housing Material

Cast iron housing with optional SS 304 lining for corrosion resistance against sulfurous fly ash in flue gas treatment and ash handling systems.

Inlet Size Range

150mm to 500mm inlet flanges in round and square configurations, compatible with ESP hopper outlets and pneumatic ash conveying pipe diameters.

Pressure Rating

Rated for differential pressure up to 1.0 bar, providing effective air sealing between pressurized pneumatic lines and atmospheric hopper collection points.
